FAQ

Q. How many devices can I watch the PPV on at the same time?

A. You are limited to viewing on one device at any time, if you log in on a separate device you will be logged out of your other device. You may also not be able to log into another device without first logging out of the first device you were logged into.

Q. I want to watch the event again, can I?

A. Events are available to replay after the event has ended, whilst we aim to get replays up right away. We can only guarantee replays from 9 am the following morning after an event. Replays are available for up to 14 days after the end of an event, they will then be placed into our VOD library which will launch Q1 2022.

Q. I want to watch the event on my TV, games console, etc. Can I view it?

A. Whilst we have designed the website to work with most modern browsers, we cannot guarantee it will work on all devices. We recommend you visit https://fightticket.co.uk/test first on your intended viewing device to see if the site is compatible. There are also a number of ways to view the event on your TV, including plugging in your laptop via an HDMI cable. We accept no responsibility for the incompatibility of your device with our site.

Q. I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

A. You can reset your password by clicking on the following link – https://fightticket.co.uk/my-account/lost-password/

Q. I have requested a password reset but have not yet received an email

A. Ensure you have checked your spam folder.

Q. What time will X fighter be on? Can you tell me who is fighting at this event?

A. Fight Ticket are not the promoters of each event. Fight Ticket are the broadcasters, therefore we have limited information on who is fighting and what time they will be appearing. Whilst we aim to do our best to provide a full fight card on the purchase information page. We can only provide what each promoter gives us.

Q. Can I use Apple Airplay / Google Chromecast to send video to my TV?

A. If your device supports sending and receiving Apple Airplay or Google Chromecast then you may be able to use these features. However, we cannot provide support for this feature as it is not yet tested. We have received mixed feedback on this feature therefore we do not fully support it as of yet.  You can test this feature out before purchasing by visiting the following page – https://fightticket.co.uk/test

Q. Can I screen record the event and then share it on Facebook, YouTube, etc

A. The redistribution of events is strictly prohibited under the Copyright & Patents Act 1998. Any attempt to reproduce an event will result in the immediate suspension of your account, your IP address will be banned and no refunds will be offered. You may also face legal proceedings which can result in an unlimited fine and up to 10 years of imprisonment. Fight Ticket takes copyright infringement very seriously and will not hesitate to go after any individual flouting these laws.

Q. I want a refund. How do I get one?

A. The fastest and easiest way to get a refund is to fill out the refund form available HERE to ensure you have your payment transaction number ready to put into the form. Please note you will not be issued a refund if a fighter has pulled out. When purchasing access to our events you agree to our terms & conditions which clearly specify that the purchase is for the event and not the fight.

Q. I want to have my event streamed on PPV, how would I do this?

A. We would love to hear from you, send an email to james@fightticket.co.uk and someone will be in touch

Q. Fight X has been called off, I want a refund

A. Unfortunately you have purchased access to the entire event and not an individual fight and therefore as per our terms and conditions, a refund will not be issued in this instance.
