We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access them. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify the receipt of any refund.

Our Website and Your Hardware
Our website has been designed to work on most modern web browsers that run HTML5. Whilst we aim to have the site working on almost any device, we are unable to test every device, therefore unless you are watching on a desktop PC or Laptop, a mobile device running the latest Android or iOS operating systems, then Fight Ticket accepts no responsibility for the incompatibility of our website with your device. We also cannot guarantee the compatibility of our website with smartphone features such as Chromecast and AirPlay. Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind and cancel your purchase before an event has started we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
When purchasing a PPV you hereby agree that you are purchasing access to the entire event and not an individual fight.
Fight Ticket holds no responsibility for the scheduling of fighters on fight cards. If you wish for a refund due to a fighter pulling out of the event, the refund will be refused. If the event is cancelled due to issues at the event with the venue or crowd, this is the responsibility of the promoter, and Fight Ticket holds no liability. Therefore a refund will be refused, you must speak to the promotion to be issued compensation.
By purchasing an event you agree that you understand that you are purchasing access to an internet stream and not to attend an event physically. Refund requests will be refused if you have purchased the PPV believing it was to attend an event in person. By purchasing an event you agree that you fully understand these terms and conditions.
Refund requests made after an event has begun are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase. You must provide sufficient evidence that you were unable to access the event due to a website error. Refunds will not be considered due to the incompatibility of your hardware with our website.
Effects of Cancellation
If you provide express consent to the supply of digital content during the cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel that contract is lost by the supply of digital content during the cancellation period, you will no longer have a right to cancel the contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment as you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.
This right to cancel and to reimbursement is not affected by any return or refund policy we may have.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
